Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use this website and our published content.
Last updated: September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Secure Tech Juris website. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Separate terms apply to the purchase of courses, digital products and advisory services, and those terms are provided at the point of purchase or engagement.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and course materials, is owned by or licensed to Secure Tech Juris. You may view and print content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
Third-party names, certification names, trade marks and logos referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the subject matter of our training.
4. Courses, products and services
Course descriptions state what is covered and what is assumed. Where a course relates to a third-party certification, it consists of independent Secure Tech Juris materials structured around published objectives. Enrolment in a course does not entitle you to any certification, and examinations are administered separately by the relevant certification body.
We may update course content to reflect changes in practice, technology or published objectives.
5. Accounts
Where you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Accounts and course access are personal to you and may not be shared.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are stated at the point of purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the terms provided with each course, product or engagement, and any statutory rights you have as a consumer are unaffected.
7. No warranty
This website and its content are provided for general information and educational purposes. While we take care to ensure that content is accurate at the time of publication, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for your particular circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website.
9. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience and do not control or endorse their content.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you may have the benefit of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
