A straightforward four-step process
- Scoping conversation. What you need, who needs it, what has already been tried and what evidence you need at the end.
- Proposal and syllabus. A written outline of content, format, duration and outcomes, with anything outside our scope stated openly.
- Delivery. Live sessions, self-paced material or a blend, adapted to shift patterns and workload.
- Evidence and follow-up. Attendance and completion records, knowledge-check results where applicable, and recommendations for what to reinforce next.
