We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to provide the services you have asked for.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and the content of your enquiry when you use a contact or enquiry form, or when you email or call us.
• Account and learning information. Where you register for a course or the learning platform, the details needed to create and operate your account, together with your course progress and assessment results.
• Transaction information. Where you purchase a product or service, the records needed to process and evidence that transaction. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical information. Standard server and analytics information such as approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. Non-essential analytics are used only where you have consented through our cookie banner.

3. How and why we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide the information you have requested.
• To deliver training, digital products and advisory services, and to administer accounts.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and business administration.
• To improve our courses, materials and website.
• To send service messages about a course or purchase you have made.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing and learning platform providers, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that service. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

We operate in the United Kingdom and Nigeria and some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure that an appropriate level of protection applies to that transfer.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and learning records are kept for as long as the account is active and for a period afterwards so that learning history and certificates of completion can be re-issued. Financial records are kept for the period required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you promptly if a personal data breach is likely to affect you.

9. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information in certain circumstances, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to ask for your information in a portable format.
