Secure Tech Juris publishes training, digital products and advisory material across cybersecurity, technology and governance. The disclaimers below explain the basis on which that material is provided. They apply to this website, to our courses and digital products, and to our advisory work.

2. Training disclaimer

Our training is designed to build understanding and capability. Completing a Secure Tech Juris course does not by itself qualify you for any regulated role, and it does not guarantee employment, promotion, examination success or any other outcome. Outcomes depend on your own effort, background and circumstances.

3. Certification independence

Secure Tech Juris provides independent training and certification preparation. Unless expressly stated, Secure Tech Juris is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the relevant certification body. Certification names and marks remain the property of their respective owners, and are referred to only to describe the subject matter of our training.

Our certification preparation materials are written by Secure Tech Juris and are structured around objectives published by the relevant body. They do not reproduce official examination content, and we do not supply, and would not supply, actual examination questions.

4. Consultancy and advisory limitations

Our governance, risk and compliance work is education, training, consultancy and advisory support. It is not the provision of regulated legal services, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We do not act as your data protection officer, your regulator-facing representative, your auditor or your certification body, and we do not certify or accredit organisations.

Advisory outputs are based on the information made available to us and on the scope agreed with you. Responsibility for decisions, implementation and compliance remains with your organisation, which should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

We cannot and do not guarantee endorsement, approval or any other outcome, and you should always rely on the official published guidance for current requirements.

We do not claim accreditation, endorsement, partnership or client relationships that we do not have. Where we describe partnerships across industry, academia and the public sector as an area of development, that is a statement of direction, not of achievement. Any established relationship will be named on this website when it exists.
